Making A Return

How can I make a return?

We offer free returns on all orders within 90 days of your purchase date. To receive your pre-paid label, email us at support@tastemakerapparel.com.

Items must be unworn, unscratched and free of stains. Items that are returned with obvious signs of wear may be subject to a $20 cleaning fee that will be deducted from your refund.

Due to the high cost of international postage, we only offer free returns and exchanges for orders within the US.

Returns are available for international orders, however, the buyer must cover the return postage. We do not accept exchanges for international orders at this time.

How can I make an exchange?

If you'd like to try a different size, we offer free exchanges on all orders.

To start your exchange, please email us at support@tastemakerapparel.com with your order number and the shoe size or color you'd like to exchange.

What do I do if I receive a faulty item in my order?

We apologize if you accidentally received either a damaged item or shoe size or style that is different than the one you ordered.

We're happy to fix this mistake as quickly as possible. Please contact us at support@tastemakerapparel.com to request a return label.

 

Will you refund the shipping charges on my parcel?

While we offer free returns on our vegan products, we do not refund shipping charges for orders under $100.

There are exceptions to this is rule. For example, if you placed an order and the package was lost in transit or if you placed an international order and it was returned to the sender.

When can I expect my refund?

Once we receive your return package at our warehouse, your refund may take anywhere from 5 to 10 business days.

What is vegan leather?

We use a high-grade microfiber PU as our vegan leather. Our microfiber is lightly coated with polyurethane, which gives it it's water and scratch resistant qualities.

Our goal is to move away from petroleum-based textiles as innovative plant-based materials become available. Today, Microfiber PU is the most long-lasting, durable and affordable vegan leather that we've found works for footwear.

Is your sizing consistent?

At the moment, there are a few shoe styles that differ in sizing.

To decide on the best size for you, please follow the size recommendations within each shoe description, or contact us directly at support@tastemakerapparel.com.

How durable is the vegan leather?

Our vegan leather is naturally water-resistant and scratch-resistant. We also guarantee that our vegan leather won't crack or peel for a minimum of 10 years.

Do you plan to use other plant-based leathers in the future?

Yes, 100%. This is the direction we're moving towards in order to improve the sustainability of our vegan footwear products.

Right now, we're testing vegan leathers made with cactus, coffee and pineapple.

Shipping

What's your shipping policy?

We offer free 4-7 day shipping on all orders over $175 made in the USA.

For orders shipping to Canada, we charge an additional $25.

For all orders delivered to countries outside of US and Canada, we charge an additional $50 due to the high cost for postage.

Is expedited shipping available?

Yes, it is! We offer 2-day priority shipping with a 1 day handling period for an additional $25.
