Q: Do I get free shipping on all orders?
A: Yup, we offer free shipping on all orders shipping to the US, all the time, regardless of how much you spend.
Q: I pre-ordered a product. When will I receive my new vegan leather goods?
A: Woohoo! Congrats on the purchase. Pre-orders will ship as soon as the inventory for that style arrives to our fulfillment center in Los Angeles. This can take anywhere from one week to three weeks due to the inventory arriving in two separate trips. We don't like making you wait, so we'll always pair pre-order seasons with discounts!
Q: I just purchased an item! When will I receive it?
A: Sweet! If you chose the free standard shipping, please allow 3-8 days for your item to arrive. As long as your order is received before 11:00AM, it will ship the same day. If your order is received after 11:00AM, we'll ship it the next day.
Q: Is there expedited shipping available?
A: Yes, you can choose 2-Day Express shipping and expect to receive your products in two business days. For example, if you order before 11:00AM on a Wednesday, you can expect to receive it by Friday. Orders made after 11:00AM will be shipped the next day.
Q: I already purchased my product. Can I still change my shipping address?
A: Unfortunately once an order is placed, you can't change the shipping address.
Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Yes we do! Please note that there may be an additional import tax or custom charge depending on your country. Also, our free shipping does not apply to any orders located outside of the United States. International orders are also non-refundable and are not available for exchanges.

A: As a growing startup, we place the highest value in understanding your concerns with our products. If you would like to return your product(s), please get in touch with us using our Contact Form to speak to one of our tastemaker representatives. We should get back to you within 2-3 business days.
We accept returns on orders shipped within the US within 90 days of the purchase. The items must be unworn, unscratched and free of any stains.
- Please note all international sales are final and we cannot accept returns.
- Returns will be refunded to the card that was used to purchase the item(s).

A: We want you to love your new vegan leather wearables. If there's a reason you’re not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we would love to hear your feedback! Get in touch with us using our Contact Form and we will happily resolve your exchange request on orders within the US within 90 days of purchase.
Items must be unworn, unscratched and free of any stains. Exchanges are not guaranteed. Stock is limited.
International orders are not eligible for exchanges. All international sales are final.
Q: Can you refund to a different card than the one I used to purchase the item?
